Al Raha Beach Development, Abu DhabiThis is one of the largest projects in UAE at the moment. The 10km water front project known as Al Raha Beach Project is to be of the highest professional standard and involves some of the world’s foremost designers including Sir Norman Foster, RFR from Paris, Maunsell, Cansult, Dornier, Lang O’Rourke, DG Jones and WET. Green Concepts are the landscape architects for the design and supervision phases. The project includes city parks, urban plazas, corniche, canal water fronts and icon buildings of world wide significance.
Almogran, the new Central Business District of Khartoum
Green Concepts have been appointed by Alsunut Development as landscape architects for the new CBD at the confluence of the White and Blue Nile. The new CBD covers more than 100 Ha and extends along 1km of the White Nile. The project includes hotels and a golf course.
Al Turath Development, Culture City, Dubai
Green Concepts are the landscape architects for this significant project being developed by Dubai International Properties. The project includes a new traditional Souq as part of what is planned to be the cultural centre of Dubai on Dubai Creek.
Arabian Horse Centre, Kuwait
